The ASEAN Journal of Physical Education and Sport Science (AJOPESS; eISSN 2964-5727; pISSN 2964-2302) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal published by Yayasan Bumi Publikasi Nusantara. The journal serves as a platform for disseminating research findings in physical education, sport science, physical activity, and related fields. AJOPESS was published once in 2022. Since 2023, the journal has been published twice a year, in March and December. Each issue consists of 5-10 articles/reviews.

The editors welcome submissions of papers describing recent theoretical and experimental research related to (1) Theoretical articles; (2) Empirical studies; (3) Practice-oriented papers; (4) Case studies; (5) Reviews of papers, books, and resources. 

AJOPESS is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal in the field of physical education, sport science, and related studies. Since its establishment, AJOPESS has published articles by authors affiliated with universities and institutions from 14 countries: Australia, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Malaysia, Nigeria, the Philippines, the Russian Federation, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Uzbekistan, and Viet Nam.
